Dave Rogers' Big Bugs
May 29-October 3, 2010

We've got ants in our pants and bugs in our beds--and swarms of fun for you and your family during Dave Rogers' Big Bugs exhibit this summer.

These 11 unnaturally large insect sculptures include a new 10-foot-tall Daddy Long Legs and a trio of 700-pound ants!

Play Stations & Discovery Guides
Enjoy a self-guided bug safari during your visit with plenty of play stations along the way. Stops include the "I Dig Bugs" sandbox, a kid-sized ant hill, a caterpillar crawl and photo stations. Indoors, you'll find the Crawleseum--a chance to see live creepy crawly insects up close.

Big Bugs Trading Cards
Collect the entire set! FREE insect fact trading cards will be distributed on each bug-themed weekend throughout the summer. Don't miss any of your favorites.

Bee Creative Art Station
Every Wednesday 10 a.m.-1 p.m.

Make your own bug art from natural materials such as twigs, seed pods and leaves during this walk-in art workshop every Wednesday this summer. We'll display all of the works during the Festival of Butterflies this August.
NOTE: You may now pick up your child's artwork from now through August 22 if you wish to save it.
